Sammy Gravano grew up no different than any other Italian boy in Brooklyn, NY. He was surrounded by mob infested influences from the restaurants, bars, to retail establishments of all types. The mafia was omnipresent across his entire world. From a young age, Sammy was taught about loyalty, ethics and commitment by his family. Yet when he was pushed aside by the school system in New York because of his learning disabilities the only place where he was admired an revered was on the mob infested streets of Brooklyn.
Sammy is now revealing the principles that have defined him and lead to the path he chose. He is a true supporter of our country and our veterans, of which he is one. As part of him telling his story, he is giving back and sharing with those that have helped him survive and prosper including the Veterans Administration.

He ascended to underboss of the Gambino Family, the largest crime organization in America. He was known as a brilliant business man as well as masterful hitman when other crime members crossed the line. There is no one in the last century that had more loyalty, ethics, a commitment to the philosophy of the secret society of Cosa Nostra than Sammy the Bull. He followed the code of honor until those that were suppose to carry this legacy forwarded turned on him and his colleagues for their own selfish interests.t.
